• Description: Join us for a highly interactive course as we explore success skills that can be immediately deployed in your personal leadership development journey. We’ll take a look at motivation, conflict resolution, communication strategies, and explore the ways we can train our brain for optimal performance.

370 Section 2 – Developing Your Own Leadership Competencies

• 1 credit
• 2^nd half semester class
• Hybrid (virtual with regular, optional opportunities for face-to-face engagement)
• Description: What do you need to know, believe, be able to do, and engage in to be effective leaders in college, your career, and the world? Explore leadership competencies and “create your own” personal leadership development journey. This class will leverage various training modules, experiential opportunities, and reflection to help students define who they are, who they want to be, and how they want to interact with the world.
