What was your favorite Leadership Studies class? And why?

My favorite Leadership Studies class was the independent study. This was because I was able to really dig into the foundation and building blocks of a company and assess the leadership capabilities of the higher management, In the process I was also able to learn a lot about myself and my leadership abilities.
